In the Active section of the new issue of Attitude – available digitally now and in shops on Wednesday December 9 – we chat to 22-year-old Austrian model Max Schneeberger, who poses for a stunning shoot. Here’s a sneak peek…


When did you first start working out?

I think I was about 15 years old. I began to train about two times a week while I was still in school and I loved it.

What was your body like when you started off?

I wasn’t skinny, but I wasn’t fat either. Just a regular guy, I guess, but not particularly fit.

When did you start to see changes in your body?

Quite quickly actually! I’d say about two months in the change started to become noticeable. I changed my diet and began to eat the right things, so my nutrition was far better. And that helped my body develop too.


What’s your workout like now? what do you do in a week?

Well, it’s mainly power lifting that I do. I’ll go to the gym about five times a week. I don’t do a lot of cardio, just weight lifting.

How is your diet?

Well, I’m very health conscious. I don’t eat junk food but I do eat a lot of meat and proteins. I usually have three big meals and a couple of small ones.

What would your advice be for people who want to have a body like yours?

You have to train every day – or at least five times a week – if you want to achieve change. It’s hard work and you have to put a lot of effort into it.
