Blogging on Attitude
A blog (an abridgment of the term web log) is essentially a personal diary, but online. No genius there. But here’s the real difference: unlike the hardback version that you would hide under the pillow for fear of your little brother discovering your innermost secrets and revealing your latest teen crush to the losers in Year 11 a blog is a diary you actually WANT people to read.

So, how many of us are really prepared to whittle away the time, self-indulgently tapping away furiously on a keyboard for days on end like a modern day Adrian Mole in some desperate attempt at getting ourselves noticed on the inter-web? Millions actually. Absolutely millions, even.

So to make things interesting, bloggers usually add new topics, especially subjects their have a keen interest in. These are then supported by images – and sometimes sound and video too. Oh, and blogs are usually part of a wider social network platform, meaning not only can you can view other people’s blogs, but you are free to comment on the action too.

I got a message from a fella claiming to be the proud owner of a large mushroom headed fat cock with which he would like to spear me. Obviously I responded immediately and agreed to meet him at Rokko station (one stop to the West from here). I didn't clean up because he said he especially enjoyed being sucked in the shower so I thought 2 birds, one

Well I woke up nice and early this morning because I was freezing, must buy a heater, and went for a walk. So here goes: I live in a town called Kasuganomichi, it is one stop from the large shopping and entertainment area of Sannomiya (which is about the same size as Brisbane city). I can take two train lines to get here, Hanshin or Hankyu. Hanshin

My company sponsored apartment has one room. Not one bedroom, but one room. I have a futon, a set of 3 plastic drawers on rollers, a TV, a closet the width of a coffin, a mini balcony, a view of the neighbouring apartment complex, a downstairs laundry, a unit shower and bath, a (thank the gods) western toilet, one electric stove hotplate, a small s

My friends in Brisbane assured me I'd be a hit in Japan because I'm a chunky furry boy, a baby bear and they reasoned chest fuzz is a rare and beautiful accomplishment in Nippon. We had farewell drinks and a dance in Fortitude Valley before we did a group hug and said our goodbyes. My BFF drove me home and we both sobbed in the gutter and clung to

It’s Saturday and as most Saturdays lately I’m sitting in my room being all moody, drinking my coffee, smoking my cigarettes and listening to sad music. Last night I went out with some mates of mine and had a reasonable good time, spent way much money of course and got pissed as usual but as I woke up this morning a bit disorientated and wondering

Having lived in Oxford for a bit over a month now and being the gay scene loving homo that I am, I feel I’ve seen the most of what Queer Oxford have to offer. All in all its not that bad, I mean we got the usual drunkenness of Friday nights Coven, the Tuesday night at Pop Tart where you get up on the pole and swing around for a bit thinking it`s al

Finally the best ever prison drama gettings a proper DVD release with an 8 disc Vol 1 set coming in November 2008. With all it's lesbian antics and violence it must surely have been groundbreaking when it was first aired. I've seen the series several times over the years and it was always good. True there are some dodgy moments in terms of plot

and I've hit the gym for the first time! Very cautious about the whole appendix scar, swelling, etc but so far, I returned unscathed! Dreading the next few days of muscle aches in my arms and legs but I'm hopefully back on the road to thin-ness. Getting better is good, it's the lying in bed, eating comfort junk food and having to sit aroun

Big Pond for a Small Fish. Sometimes I really do feel like this little fish in a very big pond. If you look at the words of the Bronski Beat song Small Town Boy then this can be so true. Small Town Boy Lyrics You leave in the morning, With everything you own, In a little black case, Alone on a platform, The wind and the rain, On a sad and

"Come out, Come out Wherever You Are!" - Robert DeNiro as Max Cady in the Film Cape Fear. “Im coming out, I want the world to know” sang Diana Ross Is “Coming Out” really as simple as quoting a line from a movie or singing the line of a song? Coming out of the closet whether at home or at work is a different experience for everyone.
