Award-winning gay drama Holding the Man is finally out on DVD in the UK this week, and to mark the occasion we’ve got a brand new clip from the movie to share , and three copies of the DVD to give away to three lucky readers.

The Neil Armstrong-directed film is an adaptation of the 1995 memoir of the same name by author Timothy Conigrave (played by Ryan Corr), which tells the story of his lifelong relationship with childhood sweetheart John Caleo (Craig Scott).

Armfield recently told Attitude that the two main actors “sort of fell in love” as they pretended to be a couple off-screen to stoke their onscreen chemistry, and for Ryan – who unlike Craig, is straight – the experience was eye-opening.

For you chance to win a copy of Holding the Man on DVD and re-live Timothy and John’s love story over and over and over again, simply enter the draw below (closing date: Sunday 7th August at 23.59):
