Jared Milrad and Nate Johnson, the gay couple featured in the announcement video for Hillary Clinton’s 2016 US presidential campaign, have gotten hitched!

The couple tied the knot in a ceremony in Chicago over the weekend (July 19), and even got a special message from the former Secretary of State.

I have never known a day with so much love. So grateful & happy. #married

Attitude spoke to the couple in April abut their involvement with Clinton’s campaign video and their wedding plans. “We’d love if [Clinton] could stop by our reception, as we hear she has some pretty legendary dance moves,” Milrad said at the time.

While Clinton was not present at their wedding, she did send them a note to congratulate them on their marriage.

Congratulations, Jared and Nate! You can keep up with Jared and Nate on Twitter and read their full story at their website here.
