BUBBLE'S OLYMPIC FOOD FESTIVITIES

As the Olympic Games prepare to descend upon the UK, excitement has reached fever pitch across the country. Enter artisan foodies Bubble Food to pay their own festive tribute to this once-in-a-lifetime occasion. Conjuring up a little bit of kitchen magic, the team at bubble have prepared a unique collection of vibrant and imaginative bowl food that will make this summer unforgettable. Themed around the colours of the Olympic rings, the line-up is as follows: Red (oxtail chilli con carne with a blanket of beetroot and fresh micro coriander), Black (black quinoa risotto of sepia with chorizo caviar) Yellow (Moroccan chicken tagine with apricots and toasted almonds). Green meanwhile is symbolised by a market fresh summer salad accompanied by a delicious fennel, dill and champagne and honey dressing, Blue – mouth-watering vegetable blanquette with crispy leeks
