RYLAN CLARK VOTED OFF THE X FACTOR
Despite singing a beautiful rendition of Coldplay's Wires - even Gary Barlow admitted it was his best vocal performance of the series - performer Rylan Clark made his exit from The X Factor on Sunday night. After receiving the fewest votes, Rylan and Union J went head-to-head in the sing off but the Essex showman was no match for the boyband de jour, who delivered a stunning version of Snow Patrol's Run.

Although Rylan has received mixed reviews, there is no doubt that he has provided this year's series with lashings of fun and, of course, dozens of topless hunks. The openly gay contestant was never afraid of putting on a camp show, living out every gay man's dream week after week, and for that Attitude has to give him credit.

Next week's semi-finals will now include Jahmene, Union J, James Arthur and the controversial Christopher Maloney.
