MAXIMUSCLE'S PROTEIN PROJECT
MAXIMUSCLE'S PROTEIN PROJECT
Maximuscle has launched a competition to find three normal looking men and over 12 weeks make them stronger, fitter and leaner.

The three competition winners will take on a 12 week challenge, during which they will be mentored by top UK sportsmen and get trained by Maximuscle athletes, personal trainers plus receive diet instruction from a Maximuscle nutritionist.

One of the three finalists will be crowned The Protein Project winner, becoming a Maximuscle ambassador and bagging £5000 into the bargain.

The idea hopes to demonstrate how key diet is to fitness and training and the role proper protein intake plays in that challenge.

Maximuscle ambassador, England rugby star James Haskell was out on the streets in London before Christmas recruiting men to take part in the competition and popped into the Attitude offices to give us a quick workout.

You can enter The Protein Project now and the closing date for entry is 14th January. You can also follow all the action here: www.maximuscle.com/proteinproject.
