Thousands of people in America are now living in fear, wondering what waits ahead of them in the wake of the 2016 election.
However one Massachusetts teacher has proven that hope still exists after going viral on Reddit
for spreading love and equality in their classroom.
A photo of six signs the teacher posted in their classroom was shared on Reddit alongside a caption reading, "Teacher in MA reinforcing equality in the classroom <3"
The six signs address different minorities who may be in the classroom and tells them that they aren't what haters have called them to be and urges them to stay positive.
One sign addressing LGBT people reads, "Dear LGBTQ+ students, your life is beautiful and allowed to expand past fake social rules."
Other signs tell girls in the classroom that "Men cannot grab you" while another sign tells undocumented students that "there are no walls" in the classroom.
The move comes after a string of hateful incidents against minorities have been reported across the country in the wake of the 2016 election.
