Former X Factor
boy band Union J were never far from the headlines in 2016, with former member George Shelley opening up about his relationships
with both men and women before promptly departing the band
a few weeks later.
After recruiting a new fourth member and working on a new sound, however, the boys are ready to begin a new chapter in 2017 - and for 24-year-old Josh Cuthbert, that's coming with a brand new look too.
In Attitude's February issue - available to download
and in shops now - the former X Factor
star poses for an exclusive new shoot and tells us how he's getting on as he undergoes a three-month body transformation.
As you can see in the sneak peek below, the answer appears to be 'rather well'...
"I was relatively lean with some puppy fat around the edges", Josh tells us. "I'm certainly not one of those people who was born in shape."
He adds: "My body is far from perfect but my advice is to get past the first few weeks. It becomes much easier once you get into a routine."
You can check out the rest of Josh's exclusive shoot and interview in Attitude's February issue, which comes with free travel guide 'Made in LA: 100 things to love about Los Angeles' and is available to download and in shops now.
Print copies are available to order globally from newsstand.co.uk/attitude.
