Warner Bros. has announced that a new
Tarzan 3D movie will be released on July 1, 2016.
True Blood hunk Alexander Skarsgård will be playing Tarzan, while Margo Robbie of
Wolf of Wall Street fame will be taking on the iconic role of Jane.
Samuel L Jackson and Christoph Waltz have also landed roles in the film, which is being directed by
Harry Potter's David Yates and is currently in pre-production.
The film will follow the loincloth-clad Adonis, orphaned as an infant and raised in the jungle, as he moves to London as a grown man.
Considering Tarzan is always topless, we thought it only right here at
Attitude HQ to make sure Alexander has the right assets to take on the role.
We think it's safe to say he's a good fit for the role.
