Dustin Lance Black says he wants 12 children

The screenwriter said he wants a "family brand" like the Brady Bunch.

Dustin Lance Black has said he wants 12 children in a new radio interview.

The Milk screenwriter and Olympic husband may have welcomed their baby son Robert in June this year, but Black is already thinking ahead.

Discussing Robert in an interview with Heat Radio, Dustin joked: "I'm already on baby number 12! Baby two is already raised and in college in my mind."

Tom chimed: "He wants a football team - with a reserve."

Dustin added: "Or a family brand! Like the Brady Bunch."

However, it seemed that Tom wasn't sure about having 12 children. He said: "Before you become parents, you do think about the future and how many you'd want to have. But now we have a nine-week-old baby, it's like, let's see how it goes with Robbie."

Dustin previously revealed that he was going to become a stay-at-home dad while Tom trains for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.

He said: "Tom's got a really clear deadline coming up which is Tokyo, so there are ways in which we've devised our schedules to make sure he stays healthy - physically - as possible. Whereas my career is very much about mentally sharp."

He added: "And by the way, I'm a filmmaker - we usually don't get good at what we do until we're in our fifties or sixties, like, I've got some time, you know what I mean? He's an athlete!"
