Harry Styles to raffle rainbow Gucci Loafers to raise money for LGBT mental health charity

The raffle, featuring items donated by Styles, Russell Tovey and more, will be held on Saturday just before London Pride

Harry Styles has donated a pair of Gucci rainbow loafers to a raffle in order to help raise money for LGBT mental health charity London Friend.

The former One Direction singer wore the rainbow shoes during the 2017 press tour for Christopher Nolan's Dunkirk in which Styles played Alex, a soldier involved in the Dunkirk evacuation of WW2.

The shoes have now been donated to a raffle taking place this Saturday (July 7) and proceeds will go to London Friend, the UK's oldest LGBT charity which provides counselling and support to the LGBT community.

The raffle, organised by fashion magazine Fantastic Man and clothing brand Blouse, will be held at Neptune seafood restaurant in London shortly before the city's Pride parade.

The raffle will also include a chance to meet Years & Years backstage as well as donated items from actor Russell Tovey, signed books from author Alan Hollinghurst and much more.

This isn't the first time the 24-year-old showed support for the LGBT community. In April, Styles flew two rainbow flags during his set at the O2 Arena before lighting the venue up in rainbow colours during a performance of 'Sweet Creature'.

Tickets to the event cost between £35 and £40 and £10 from each ticket will go directly to London Friend.
