Jimbo has revealed who he wants to win both RuPaul’s Drag Race and RuPaul’s Drag Race UK vs The World.

The Canada’s Drag Race star was recently at the centre of one of the biggest upsets in franchise herstory, after what was widely considered a premature exit from RuPaul’s Drag Race UK vs The World.

But speaking to Attitude last week, the queen spoke glowingly of his fellow competitors – including the British queen he’s backing to snatch the crown…

“I’d love Blu Hydrangea to win,” said Jimbo of the remaining RuPaul’s Drag Race UK vs The World, before praising the star’s Austin Powers-inspired Snatch Game performance. “Blu’s Dr. Evil was so clever. She killed it.”

“I want Willow Pill to win [Drag Race]” he added of the US version of the show, saying he “100%” feels an affinity with her. “She’s so inspirational to me. I’ve messaged her and we’ve chatted a little bit. We’re going to do some work together at some point.”

Jimbo added of Baga’s Snatch Game performance (Misery‘s Kathy Bates): “It was amazing. I loved her. I loved how psychotic she was, how simple her make-up was… That’s the essence of clowning, being so present, pared-down.”

He added: “It’s crazy, Misery came on TV the night before, when we were there! I was like, this is kismet!”

RuPaul’s Drag Race UK vs The World returns to BBC3 tomorrow.

Attitude’s new-look March/April issue is out now.
