Kameron Michaels has said she feels “cheated” after returning to the world of RuPaul’s Drag Race last week for on All Stars 6.

In the episode, the queen lip-synced ‘Boom Clap’ by guest judge Charli XCX against challenge winner Ra’Jah. She won, and then had to reveal that it was her SE10 sister Eureka who was getting the chop.

However, judging by a since-deleted Instagram post, something about how her return was handled left Kameron decidedly unimpressed.

“I don’t give a f***”

“I am hurt, disgusted and devastated by the entire situation,” she said in an Instagram caption (as per Metro). “Call me dramatic, I don’t give a f***.”

She continued: “‘Every girl looks forward to coming back and having their moment to shine. I feel cheated. And worst of all, I said yes and agreed to do it… which is something I have to deal with now and will take me a very long time to get over.

“If I could go back in time I never would have stepped on that stage. I know my worth and my talent and I feel like I was used for some quick cheap storyline.”

She continued: “Some queens are comedians, some are models, and some are performers. I am a performer through and through. So to have the one thing I’m actually good at be tainted like this hurts my heart so much.

“So again, I’ll be sharing the look strictly for those involved in the photoshoot… if it were up to me, they would never see the light of day. Which is upsetting that these images feel tainted to me now, because I felt so beautiful.”

The 35-year-old added: “The longer I try to act like it never happened, the longer it’s going to take me to get over it.”

Some fans questioned whether it was the midtempo lipsync song that had irked Kameron. All Stars 6 eliminated queen Silky even said: “Songs that should not be a lipsync on @RuPaulsDragRace. No scrubs and boom clap. Destined for low energy.”

Kameron herself made her feelings clear by sharing the above Covid-19-inspired meme about the track – which, let’s face it, is far from Charli’s best.
