Kylie Minogue is coming for the crown - or should that be cowboy hat - with the release of her brand new single this Friday (January 19).
The Aussiue pop princess is set debut an unexpected new sound on country-pop tune 'Dancing' later this week - the first track to be lifted from her upcoming 14th studio album, Golden.
Minogue, 49, has been nusy whipping up fans into a frenzy after teasing 'Dancing' on social media in a video which sees the 'Slow' singer channel country legend Dolly Parton in a sparkling cowboy-inspired look.
"I promised my fans that I would be putting my heartl and soul into this record, and I stayed true to my word," Mingoue says as a guitar-twang instrumental plays.
"I was able to do that, which was challenging and fun and rewarding, and it's ended up with a different direction, for sure, but I'd say it's still very much a Kylie record."
Captioning the post, Minogue wrote: "#Lovers, the countdown begins... #Dancing, the first single from my new album #Golden is released this Friday! When I go out, I wanna go out #DANCING!'"
Golden will be Kylie's first record since 2015's Kylie Christmas and first album of original music since 2014's Kiss Me Once.
