Lana Del Rey has revealed she is being sued by Radiohead over supposed similarities between one of her songs and the band's breakthrough single 'Creep'.

The Queen of Sadcore says that lawyers for the English rock band had taken legal action over 'Get Free' from the singer's most recent album Lust For Life.

Lana confirmed the news on Twitter on Sunday (Janaury 7) saying: "It's true about the lawsuit."

"Although I know my song wasn't inspired by Creep, Radiohead feel it was and want 100% of the publishing," the 32-year-old said.

"I offered up to 40 over the last few months but they will only accept 100. Their lawyers have been relentless, so we will deal with it in court."

In an interesting twist, Radiohead - who are yet to publicly acknowledge the new lawsuit - were successfully sued in the '90s by English pop-rock group The Hollies over claims that 'Creep' copied parts of the band's 1974 track 'The Air That I Breathe'.

So what do you think? Is this a case of inadvertant similarity or has Lana been caught out for copying? Give both tracks a listen below:
