It's the first week of September, and you know what that means: the countdown to Christmas has officially begun!
OK, maybe not, but Mariah Carey has ensured that Crimbo 2017 is at the forefront of our minds today with the news that she'll be bringing her Christmas show to the UK for the first time.
The Elusive Chanteuse will take her All I Want For Christmas Tour to Manchester and London for two special shows in December, with tickets to go on sale this Friday (September 8).
The shows, which will take place at Manchester Arena on December 10 and London's O2 Arena on December 11 respectively, will be Mariah's only European dates on the tour.
The Manchester Arena gig will take place at the site of May's deadly terror attack in which 22 people were killed, including Mariah superfan Marytn Hett, for whom the singer later recorded a heartfelt video tribute.
Carey, 47, expressed her excitement at returning to the UK as she aanounced the shows the dates on Twitter on Monday morning (September 4).
