Colton Underwood has announced his engagement to Jordan C. Brown.

Former star of The Bachelor Underwood made his relationship with Brown public on Instagram last December after he began dating the political strategist last summer.

Breaking the news of the pair’s engagement exclusively with People magazine on Monday (28 February) Colton said: “After my birthday, Jordan and I went to Big Sur for a weekend getaway to decompress and relax in nature. I couldn’t have pictured a more beautiful place to celebrate an amazing milestone in my life and relationship.

“I’m extremely happy! 2021 was the most transformative year of my life. Starting 2022 off with my best friend, teammate and now fiancé is something I never thought was going to be possible,” he added.

The two shared adorable snaps of themselves together on Instagram. Colton wrote, “life is going to be fun with you,” while David, a political strategist, added: “The only time in my life I’m ok with wasting a bottle of champagne. I love you babe.”

Colton, 30, is a former NFL player and reality TV star. He came out as gay last April in an interview with Good Morning America.

Netflix series Coming Out Colton recently documented Colton’s coming out to his family, friends, and then publicly.
