Two men were kicked out of an Uber after one of them kissed the other on the forehead after celebrating Sydney Mardi Gras.

Aaron Brown and his friend Ryan Ottey were travelling in an Uber after attending Sydney Mardi Gras and after Ryan kissed him on the forehead, the driver told them to get out of the car.

Aaron told 9news.com.au: “The driver immediately turned around and said, ‘Not in my car, I’m not driving you anymore, get out of my car’.

“We were just dumbfounded and thought it was a joke, so we questioned him and asked why.

“He just repeated himself and said, ‘I can’t drive you anymore, this is my car and I’m no driving that’ – talking about us.”

Aaron started recording the driver and he can be heard asking why they were being forced out of the car and the driver is heard saying: “I don’t want to take you, you can book another cab.”

Although they complained to Uber, they were left disappointed by the company’s response.

“This behaviour is unacceptable,” Aaron continued. “That driver should not have been on the road at all.

“It’s just sad really that it’s still happening in 2019.”
