This Friday (8 May) marks 100 years since the birth of Tom of Finland, and Men.com are celebrating the occasion the way the legendary gay artist would have wanted: with a whole lotta man-on-man action.
The adult site has been busy releasing a series of erotic films inspired by Tom of Finland’s highly stylised works over the last few months, and as we celebrate the artist’s legacy in Attitude’s Sex & Sexuality issue – out now to download and to order globally, we’ve got an exclusive sneak peek at the material to share with you.
And what material. With Insta hottie Matthew Camp starring alongside a whole host of your blue movie faves, the series has been helmed by queer directors including Bruce LaBrice, Matt Lambert and Kurtis Wolfe.
“Tom of Finland’s drawings have always intrigued me and turned me on as a kind of burlesque of gay male sexuality”, LaBruce previously said of the project.
“It’s a performative masculinity that also happens to be extremely hot. There is much joy in the representation, as well as an underlying current of humor and irony.”
The @TomsFoundation x @Men film series is really putting us in the mood to celebrate 100 years of Tom of Finland 👀

While the first three instalments of the Tom of Finland x Men.com series were period 20th century pieces set at the time Tom of Finland first burst onto the scene in the ’50s and ’60s, later installments are set to take place in the present day and the future in order to “re-imagine Tom of Finland for a new generation”.
Lucky we’ve time on our hands right now…
