Harry Styles teases My Policeman sex scenes, advises not to watch with your parents

Harry Styles has been discussing filming his first sex scenes and naturally, we are keen to hear the details!

The ‘As It Was’ singer has been speaking to the radio presenter Roman Kemp in regards to his latest single and upcoming album, Harry’s House.

Kemp also asked Harry about his roles in the films Don’t Worry Darling and My Policeman, the latter of which sees Styles portray a gay policeman and for which he is said to have filmed a couple of gay sex scenes. 

“I personally had no experience with a netball”

Asked which film Kemp would be able to watch with his parents Harry replies: “I don’t know if you can watch either with your parents. I’m gonna have to do another one.”

Kemp wanted to know how it works filming scenes and mentioned something he had heard about netballs being used in intimate scenes. Bridgerton’s Jonathan Bailey made mention of such a technique in a recent interview discussing filming his sex scenes for the show.

“I personally had no experience with a netball,” Harry says. “I think it depends very much on who you’re working with and what the situation is. All I can say from my own experience is that I was very lucky to have a very trusting relationship within the people that we were working with and that kind of came first.”

He continues: “It was all discussed and all of it was very kind of, ‘OK… above the filming, above everything that’s happening with the cameras, with me and you, we’re doing this together, we trust each other and at any point, we can stop and all that kind of stuff.'”

It’s not clear from the interview which of his two upcoming films he’s talking about.

The Sun reported last year that sources had told them Harry was to film two sex scenes with his My Policeman co-star David Dawson, who will play Harry’s love interest, Patrick Hazelwood.

“The plan is to shoot two romps between Harry and David, then another scene where Harry is naked on his own. Not much is going to be left to the imagination,” the source told the red top.

My Policeman is based on the novel by Bethan Roberts, and will also feature actors Emma Corrin and Rupert Everett. The film has yet to get a release date.
