Katherine Jenkins performed a powerful rendition of the Judy Garland classic ‘Over the Rainbow’ at the Virgin Atlantic Attitude Awards, powered by Jaguar.
This year marked what would have been the Wizard of Oz star’s 97th birthday whose funeral has been reported as being what kickstarted the Stonewall riots after police raided the New York bar during a screening of the 1939 musical movie.
During the Attitude Awards on October 9, the classical singer wowed audiences with her tearjerking performance in memory of the iconic actress and LGBTQ ally.
Donning a beautiful, emerald coloured dress, Katherine took to the stage to belt out the tune that is beloved by all.
