‘Game of Thrones’ star Iwan Rheon wins Best Actor Award

Iwan Rheon has won Attitude’s Best Actor Award, supported by Marriott, at the Attitude Awards 2014.
The 29-year-old, who plays Ramsay Bolton on the hit HBO and Sky Atlantic show, is also known for his work on ITV’s gay-themed sitcom Vicious and as Misfits‘ invisible man Simon Bellamy.
Speaking to Attitude about fan speculation that his Game of Thrones character’s relationship with Alfie Allen’s Theon Greyjoy carries gay undertones, Rheon said: “To be honest I think that Ramsay is anything and everything – it’s a fair game kind of thing.
“I don’t think he’s gay or straight. I think if he wants something, he’ll just take it. He doesn’t need much convincing.”
Rheon was presented with his award by Gavin & Stacey star Mat Horne and Extras actress Ashley Jensen at tonight’s star-studded awards ceremony at Banqueting House in Whitehall, London, which is being hosted by Scissor Sisters star Ana Matronic.
