Adam Rippon will be a judge on Dancing with the Stars Juniors.
Fresh off becoming the first openly gay male athlete to win a medal for Team USA at the Winter Olympics in Pyeonchang earlier this year, the figure skater changed hearts and minds on the US reality dance competition.
After wowing judges week after week, Rippon went on to win the Mirrorball Trophy with his dance partner Jenna Johnson.
And now, the Olympian has revealed on Instagram that he is going to judge the upcoming season of Dancing with the Stars Juniors – a spin-off of the main series which sees young celebrities learning the dance moves.
Rippon will be joined by choreographer Mandy Moore and Dancing with the Stars pro dancer Val Chmerkovskiy.
On Instagram, Rippon said: “So excited to announce that I will be judging this season of Dancing With The Stars: JUNIORS 🌟 along side my friends, @iamvalc and @nopenother.
“The show premieres October 7th on @abcnetwork”
The official Dancing with the Stars Twitter account also posted a short video introducing the new judges to the new spin-off show.
