AHS: Hotel actor talks crushing on Matt Bomer during orgy scene

Nathan Peterson might have narrowly missed out on a role in last year’s American Horror Story: Freak Show, but his part in this year’s Hotel edition of the horror anthology series has more than made up for it.

The young actor was cast as one of Lady Gaga and Matt Bomer’s lovers/victims in the season premiere’s controversial blood-soaked orgy sequence (we have an extensive picture-based reminder here), and in an interview with Gay Star News, Nathan has said that he – understandably – rather enjoyed the experience.

“He’s a very attractive guy,” he said of Matt Bomer, who plays delectable villain Donovan in the Fox series. “He’s my new man crush. He’s so cool, so sweet and down to earth. Really personable.”

He continued: “It was an intense scene. I was there completely naked, I was nervous as hell. I was kind of like intimidated at first. I’m sitting there, Ryan Murphy directing, Lady Gaga and Matt Bomer were right there. Everybody’s naked.

I’m so nervous and all three of those people really, really made me feel so comfortable and so at ease. My nervousness really did go away. I have so much respect for Gaga, Ryan and Matt.”

American Horror Story: Hotel premieres in the UK Tuesday October 20 at 10pm on FOX.
