Congratulations are in order for indie singer Angel Olsen, who came out publicly as gay over the weekend.

Olsen also used the moment to go Instagram official with her partner, Adele Thibodeaux.

The star – known for songs including Shut Up and Kiss Me and New Love Cassette – made the announcement over the weekend, while sharing a series of photos of Thibodeaux.

“My beau, I’m gay,” she said, tagging Thibodeaux – who, it turns out, had posted a telling picture of the pair on Valentine’s Day.

“I’m gay!!!!!!!!!!”

Leaving no room for doubt, 34-year-old Olsen shared another photo of herself to her Stories with the caption: “I’m gay!!!!!!!!!!”

Former Attitude cover star Arlo Parks was among those to publicly congratulate the star, commenting with love heart emojis.
