Bette Midler has toenail removed after negligent pedicure?

Bette Midler has reportedly had an ingrown toenail removed after a negligent pedicure.
The Divine Miss M posted a photo of her injured foot on Twitter earlier this week (April 30) – see below.
Though Midler appears to blame “Texas cowboy boots” for her injury, TMZ are reporting that the much-loved entertainer actually had a “bad pedi” caused by a “clueless” beautician – and needed an ingrown toenail removed afterwards.
The identity of the cack-handed pedicurist, however, is not revealed by TMZ.
Midler, 68, performed her 1989 smash Wind Beneath My Wings at last month’s Oscars to commemorate those that the film industry had lost over the last 12 months.
