Beyoncé helps lead dancer get engaged during Single Ladies’ performance – WATCH

True Beyoncé fans will know that Ashley Everett has been with Queen Bey since 2006; but for those less obsessive familiar with Beyoncé, you may remember her from the iconic ‘Single Ladies’ video:
Ashley has been Bey’s right-hand lady for quite some time. So when it was finally time for her fiance John Silver to put a ring on it, Bey made sure the proposal was one that her dance captain would not forget, and it was all captured on camera.
In the video, Beyoncé pauses a performance of ‘Single Ladies’ to announce that she’s going to invite someone onstage. Sadly for the excited audience members, the gent has already been chosen – Ashley’s boyfriend, John.
“She’s my queen, so I feel like it’s only right to come out here in my hometown,” Silver says, before popping the question. Ashley accepts, and the pair hug, before receiving a hug from Beyoncé.
But of course, once the romance is over, it’s straight back to work.
“Now let’s see you do the choreography after that,” Beyoncé jokes, before the pair flawlessly blast back into the routine.
