Beyoncé just got bigger…with her own day
When you think Queen B had it all, she only went and got her own day.
Minnesota has declared that May 23 will now be known as ‘Beyoncé Day’, reports Gay Star News.
The State of Minnesota has proclaimed that this day is dedicated to the ‘Lemonade’ star as she has “influenced many young girls and women with powerful, positive messages in her songs.”
The document was made official by Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton and Lt. Governor Tina Smith.
As it turns out, the day this was signed in just so happened to be the day Beyoncé was in town to perform her Formation World Tour show.

While the day didn’t exactly go to plan, with a massive downpour causing the stadium to be temporarily evacuated, Beyoncé has to remember that not everyone gets their own day.
UK, take note.
