‘Big Brother’ star Christopher opens up about weight issues

Big Brother
star Christopher Hall has opened up about his weight issues, admitting that his body mass is prone to fluctuate.
The 23-year-old from Northern Ireland, who finished third on the recent series of the Channel 5 reality show, would always wear a T-shirt when bathing in the swimming pool in the Big Brother house garden.
Asked if there was a reason for this, Hall told Attitude earlier this week: “Yeah, definitely. I’ve had weight issues my entire life.”
“I was always the fat kid in school,” he continued. “Then I went from being the fat kid to being the kid who was quite dainty and thin. I starved myself when I was fifteen and I dropped like 5 or 6 stone. I was wandering around living on apples and black coffee. I was eating next to nothing and lost shitloads of weight.”
Hall went on to admit that he has “never really addressed [his weight issues] properly” and said that his weight “fluctuates like crazy” from year to year.
“I’ll go up by two stone over a few months and I’ll think ‘right, time to do something about that’, so I’ll start under-eating and I’ll go out and run like crazy,” he explained.
“My weight fluctuates like that all the time. It also stems from the fact I don’t really have a very high opinion of myself, body-wise. It’s something I’ve never really addressed.”
