‘Big Brother’s Chris Wright: ‘I don’t consider myself straight’
By Josh Haggis

housemate Chris Wright speaks candidly about his sexuality on the show tonight (June 27).
During a discussion with some of his fellow housemates, Wright discusses his sexual preferences, and argues that young people today are no longer concerned with putting traditional labels on their orientation.
“I don’t like the term ‘straight’, we’re all kind of melding now,” says the 33-year-old actor – before explaining that though he has never kissed or slept with a man, he doesn’t consider himself “straight”.
Afterwards, Wright admits that he feels odd talking about his sexual orientation on television, as he has yet to explain his take on sexuality to the majority of his friends or family.
“You can’t put the toothpaste back in the tube,” he then tells fellow housemate Jale Karaturp, a 33-year-old customer service assistant.
Meanwhile, another housemate Danielle McMahon, spoke out against gay marriage before entering the house, and has since had a frank discussion about the issue with some of her fellow housemates – click here to find out what happened.
Big Brother: Power Trip airs tonight (June 27) at 9pm on Channel 5.
