Britney & Iggy to perform ‘Pretty Girls’ at Billboard Awards
By Josh Haggis
Britney Spears and Iggy Azalea will perform at the Billboard Awards, it has been announced.
The pair will hit the stage at the awards show on May 17 to perform their new single Pretty Girls for the first time ever, in what Billboard claim will be “one of the biggest pop moments of the year so far”.
Despite having released her most recent album, Britney Jean, in 2013, Britney’s last live televised performance was at the Billboard Awards in 2011, where she performed Till The World Ends with Nicki Minaj.
The much-anticipated song will be the first new music from the Break The Ice singer since she released her eighth studio album Britney Jean. The album – which featured singles Work Bitch and Perfume – failed to match the success of her previous records, peaking at a disappointing Number 34 on the Official UK Albums Chart.
Meanwhile, unapologetic Brit recently fired back at fans who called her a “fat bitch” during a performance in Vegas – find out more here.
