Britney Spears will unveil a collaboration with Iggy Azalea early in 2015, according to the Fancy rapper.
Spears – who began working on her ninth studio album earlier this year – is thought to have met up with Azalea to record music during her recent trip to the UK to promote her lingerie line.
Azalea confirmed the song’s release during an interview at Kiss 108’s Jingle Ball, saying: “We have a song that’s going to be her first single coming out next year.”
Describing the final track as “awesome”, she added: “She said she would like to work with me in an interview and they kind of reached out and we recorded a few different things and one of those just ended up just being I think undeniably great.
“Hopefully everybody will get to hear it the beginning of next year.”

Last week, it was rumoured on social media that the pair’s single is titled Bli$$, but Azalea denied the story in a tweet to one of her fans. She also added that the song is in no way similar to Booty, her recent collaboration with Jennifer Lopez.
It will be the first new music from Spears since she released her eighth studio album Britney Jean last December. The album – which featured singles Work Bitch and Perfume – failed to match the success of her previous records, peaking at a disappointing Number 34 on the Official UK Albums Chart.
