Calvin Harris is Glamour’s Man of the Year

Super-buff DJ and dance music producer Calvin Harris took out a big gong at the 2015 Glamour Awards, held in London last night, being awarded the coveted ‘Man of the Year’ prize.

Harris was one of a slew of winners on the night – including his ex, Rita Ora. No awkward red carpet meetings for these two, though, as Ora skipped the event.

“I’ve been shitting myself all day about what to say, but my mum will be so proud to have birthed a man of the year, so it was worth the trip for that alone. I’ve never been to anything like this before in my life and I feel it’s my responsibility as sole male winner for my speech to be a bit shit so I’ll leave it at that,” said the 31-year-old Scotsman when accepting his award.

We’re gonna go out on a limb here and say that Calvin sealed his fate as Man of the Year when he debuted in his Armani underwear shoot back in February. We still haven’t quite recovered from that.
