She’s had one of the biggest-selling cheesy pop songs of the 90s and now she’s back – with a new sound and a new (old) name.

Have you guessed yet? Yep, it’s Danish-born, Italian-based singer Whigfield, the woman behind Saturday Night, the second-best selling single of 1994.

21 years on, and Whigfield’s back, releasing her first new single under her real name – Sannie. How Long is a subdued and very on-trend dance pop track – think Avicii with a hint of Kiesza. Take a listen to this 90-second preview:

Now, cast your mind back 21 years and let’s revisit the massive smash Saturday Night – a song that earned her a place in the Guinness Book of Records as the first artist with a debut single to open at the top of the UK charts. Selling well over a million copies, the song stayed atop the charts for a month:
