Cardi B has come out following backlash to the new single Girls, a day after Rita Ora.
The single, released last week features Ora, Cardi, Charli XCX and Bebe Rexha referencing their sexual fantasies as well as the lines: “Sometimes I just wanna kiss girls, girls, girls” and “I’m open-minded… I’m 50/50, and I’m never gonna hide it.”.
However, a number of LGBT+ musicians criticised the song with Hayley Kiyoko claiming the song “does more harm than good for the LGBTQ+ community”.
Listen to “GIRLS” by Rita Ora ft me @BebeRexha @charli_xcx .We never try to cause harm or had bad intentions with the song .I personally myself had experiences with other woman ,shiieeett with a lot of woman ! I though the song was a good song and i remember my experience .
