Channing Tatum responds to raunchy Q&A

If there’s one thing we love about a Magic Mike publicity drive, it’s the sheer amount of fantasy-fulfilling filth we get treated to courtesy of its hottest stars.

And true to form, Channing Tatum gave us a few choice answers during a raunchy AMA on Reddit yesterday (June 17), revealing everything from the nickname he gives his manhood to the size of the thong he’ll be wearing in the movie, to what his superpower would be (clue: it involves nudity).

Nothing was off limits it seems: Asked by a fan if he had a nickname for his erm, ‘little Channing’, the 35 year-old replied that yes he did: “Gilbert”.

Not quite as sexy as we’d imagined, then.

Asked by a fan’s ‘friend’ whether Gilbert will be on display in Magic Mike XXL, Tatum replied that there’d be little left to the imagination.

“Haha ‘for a friend’ I do not do full frontal but i can promise you when you’re standing in front of a bunch of people in a very small thong it doesn’t leave a lot to the imagination”, he wrote.

“Your ‘friend’ should be happy.

And on what his superpower would be, he said : “I wish that I could make anyone at any point just happen to be naked.”

Ours too, Channing, ours too.

“Not for the reasons that everyone thinks,” he continued. “Because people get really nice when they get naked. Like okay, I can’t be an asshole. People aren’t assholes when they get naked (for the most part). They are thinking about what they look like.”

It didn’t stop there. Asked which of his co-stars he would most like to get a lap dance from, he replied: “I am not even joking about this. Kevin Nash. I’ve always wanted to know what it feels like to be tiny in his arms and thrown around.”

And responding to a question about the dirtiest thing he’d ever been asked by a fan, he gave us this incredibly satisfying insight: “Nothing that anyone would ever say to me would be worse than what’s going on in my head.”

Finally, in a beacon of hope to fans everywhere, he told one user who asked whether they could grab his ass that he was “fine” with it – as long as he got his wife’s approval.

“You’d have to ask my wife I’m fine with you grabbing my ass. But you’d have to ask her and it depends on her mood. And you can touch my ab, I only have one right now. If you’re into that kind of thing.

“I’m all for it.”
