Check out new comedy short ‘The G-Word’ for National Coming Out Day
By Will Stroude
Even in the best of circumstances, coming out is hard work. But even in the most stressful circumstances, you can often find something to laugh about.
Comedy writer Carl Loughlin has done with a new short looking at the trials and tribulations involved in coming out to your parents.
Supported by the LGBT Foundation, The G-Word has been released to marks today’s National Coming Out Day, and follows Daniel (played by Loughlin) as he attempts to come out to his mum and dad, played by Tom George and Alyson Marks.
As you’ll see though, things aren’t exactly going to plan…
Check it The G-Word below – and if you’re affected by any of the issues raised in this piece, please contact the LGBT Foundation.
