Chris Hemsworth shows off his muscles on Saturday Night Live

Chris Hemsworth made sure he won’t be forgotten during his stint hoting NBC’s Saturday Night Live last night (March 7).

During a perfume advert sketch, the Australian hunk showed off his muscles as he played male porn star Dong Juan De Darko.

Another skit saw the Thor star appear in a spoof American Express commerical, in which he poked fun at himself.

“I wasn’t always Thor. When I got to Hollywood they said I’d never make it as an actor. They said I was too tall, too blonde, my muscles were too big. It didn’t happen overnight for me. I bounced around Hollywood for days,” he joked.

“At my audition they said “We are looking for a Thor-type, not actual Thor’. Everybody laughed, then they gave me a check for $8m.

“They also said I would not be able to have sex with women because my penis was too large – but then I had sex with a lot of women. If a jacked Australian with a perfect face can make it – then anyone can.”

Chris was also joined by brothers Liam and Luke during his opening monologue.
