Conchita Wurst is among the latest crop of stars tipped to enter the Celebrity Big Brother house.

The Eurovision winner is currently a hot favourite with bookies to join the Channel 5 show when it returns later this year.

Last night (May 12) bookmaker Ladbrokes slashed her odds of joining the show to 4-5.

Spokeswoman Jessica Bridge said: “The odds firmly suggest we’ll be seeing more of Conchita and it looks like she’ll be sexing up the next series. Her arrival in the house is sure to see ratings rocket.”

The Austrian drag queen polled third among the British public during the contest, and Channel 5 bosses will be hoping that the Rise Like a Phoenix singer will attract her growing legion of UK fans to the latest series.

Boyzone singer Ronan Keating is among the other names to be linked with the series after he shared a photo of himself on a black carpet and holding a bottle of juice, with the caption “Day 2 in the Big Brother House.”

Wurst’s winning song is also performing well on the UK iTunes chart, sitting inside the top 25 – although not as well as Netherlands’ entry, Calm After the Storm by boy-girl duo The Common Linnets, which currently sits at number eight.
