Confirmed: Katy Perry to headline Super Bowl 2015

Katy Perry has been confirmed to perform at the Super Bowl XLIX halftime show.
The Roar singer has promised fans that they can expect a spectacular performance when she takes to the stage on February 1 in Glendale, Arizona.
She follows in the footsteps of Madonna, Beyoncé and Bruno Mars, who have all performed at the Super Bowl in recent years.
Pepsi have also unveiled a special promo for the performance, featuring Perry ‘backstage’ at the Super Bowl – watch the video below.

Perry is currently touring the world with her Prismatic tour, which kicked off in the UK in May. The shows are in support of her latest album Prism, which features her recent singles Birthday and This Is How We Do.
