Tyler Posey has left fans utterly confused after telling them that he’s gay in a Snapchat video on Friday (July 29).

The video focuses on a New York street sign reading ‘Gay’ before Posey says, “This is me. I am this and this is me.”

He turns the camera back onto him and says, “I’ve never felt more alive! I’m gay!”

But it turns out it may have been a joke as Posey then shared another snapchat video where he said he was a wall lamp.

“Ah man, am I happy! I’m lamp!” He said in the video.

An MTV rep told Fusion that Posey’s message was actually meant “in the context of ‘I’m happy’, not as coming out”.
