Drag Race UK’s Joe Black on who she would have done for Snatch Game

RuPaul’s Drag Race UK star Joe Black has revealed which celebrities she was thinking of impersonating for Snatch Game.
And any of them would have been perfect!
Speaking to fellow drag superstar Jodie Harsh on Attitude Tea Time, in association with TAIMI, the LGBTQ+ Dating & Social Network, the exiting queen shared that she had practised both Mystic Meg and Édith Piaf.
“The the main one that I brought was Tallulah Bankhead”
“I auditioned with Mystic Meg,” the star explained. “And Édith Piaf! […] But the main one that I brought was Tallulah Bankhead.
“A lot of people go, ‘Who?’ She was an actress in the 30s who was banned from working in film because she was too outrageous.

“Kathleen Turner played her in a play. She had this raspy voice, darling. She called everybody darling because she couldn’t remember anybody’s names!”
US actress Bankhead enjoyed a successful stage career, and appeared in films such as Lifeboat, A Royal Scandal and Main Street to Broadway.
The second season of RPDR UK kicked off last Thursday, with Joe becoming the first to leave the competition.
