Start your engines as the first season of Drag Race Philippines launches today on WOW Presents Plus today! (17 August)
To celebrate, Attitude has been given an exclusive look at the show’s first episode, which we’re sharing with you. The clip sees the 12 queens enter the werkroom for the first time.
The sneak peek also includes a brand new trailer showing off some of the season’s guest judges including beauty YouTuber, Patrick Starr
In the sneak peek we can see the 12 queens entering the werk room and meeting each other for the first time on the show. As usual, the queens weigh each other up and of course, there’s an occasional shady comment or two.
Once the queens are assembled there’s an address from Mama Ru.
The brand new international spin-off of will see some of the fiercest and most fabulous Filipino drag artists face off against one another. The queens are Brigiding, Corazon, Eva Le Queen, Gigi Era, Lady Morgana, Marina Summers, Minty Fresh, Precious Paula Nicole, Prince, Turing, Viñas DeLuxe, and Xilhouete.
The contest will be hosted by actor Paolo Ballesteros with Drag Race royalty, S4 alum Jiggly Caliente and Filipino TV personality Kaladkaren serving as regular judges.
Designer Rajo Laurel, photographer BJ Pasqual, and female and male impersonator, Jon Santos will join the series as recurring judges, which will also feature an array of guest judges, including beauty guru Patrick Starr.
Drag Race Philippines premieres in the UK today (Wednesday 17 August at 12 pm BST) with new episodes airing weekly. Drag Race Philippines: Untucked airs on Friday 19 August, exclusively on WOW Presents Plus.
