Good news for fans of Grace and Frankie: the Netflix comedy drama has just been picked up for a second season.
The news was confirmed at a panel hosted by the TV streaming giant this week – and it looks like stars Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin might have Miley Cyrus to thank…
Speaking at the event, series creator Marta Kauffman said: “It’s so awesome to do a show on Netflix because two and a half weeks after we launched, Miley Cyrus does a tweet about your show, and they call and say, ‘We’d like to do a season two.’
“So yes, there is a season two. We have […] Miley to thank.”
Fonda was quick to celebrate the news on Twitter, posing with Tomlin and writing that there’s “more binge viewing ahead!”
