Has Nick Jonas just teased his new single and video?

We know that new music from Nick Jonas’ is imminent, but the 23-year-old star may have just dropped his biggest hint yet that new single ‘Close’ is about to drop.

According to Idolator, the shirt-hating singer is rumoured to be releasing the first single from his upcoming third solo album tomorrow (March 25), which may or may not feature Swedish songstress Tove Lo, who was responsible for 2014 smash Habits (Stay High).

Either way, a short GIF posted on Instagram yesterday (March 23) shows Jonas – who recently said he has “nothing to prove” when it comes to his sexuality – alongside a mystery brunette, backed by the sound of steel-drums that are seemingly at odds with the snowflakes falling around the pair.

Nick, who UK viewers will soon be able to see as closeted gay boxer Nate Kulina in martial arts dram Kingdom, is currently working on the follow-up to his eponymous 2014 album, which spawned the hit single Jealous.
