Jennifer Lopez to join Britney Spears in Las Vegas?

Jennifer Lopez is reportedly in talks to star in her own Las Vegas residency.

According to TMZ, the singer/actress is close to signing a $26m (£16m) deal with The Axis at Planet Hollywood, which would see her performing at the same venue as Britney Spears.

The residency would reportedly include three performances a week for 24 weeks over a period of either one or two years, with the Jenny from the Block singer set to earn around $350,000 (£219,000) per show.

The residency would see Lopez follow in the footsteps of Britney Spears, who began her ‘Piece of Me’ shows at The Axis at Planet Hollywood in December 2013, and recently announced that she has extended her run through to 2017. Find out more here.
