Jonathan Van Ness talks relationship with husband Mark Peacock, shares first date details

Jonathan Van Ness has opened up about their relationship with husband Mark Peacock.
The Queer Eye star announced they had tied the knot with Red Hot model Mark on New Year’s Day, in an Instagram post looking back at 2020.
The 33-year-old has now revealed all about their first date – although it’s the story of a later date that’s perhaps more surprising.
“Something about Mark felt different”
“We went on a date in London, which turned into more dates whilst I was on comedy tour,” explained Jon on Insta.
“At the end of that time I was taking my mom, aunt & friends on a mini break to Amsterdam. I wanted @marklondon to come with but, was it a bit intense to ask Mark to come after a couple weeks worth’s of dates to come meet my mom & and friends on a mini break?
“Maybe so, but something about Mark felt different and I’m quite sure he felt the same [sic].”

Of the wedding day itself, JVN – who identifies as nonbinary and uses he/she/them pronouns – recently said on Twitter: “We got married in the backyard of a house we rented over the summer with a socially distanced judge & a photographer. Our parents watched over FaceTime.”
