Kylie Minogue and Sigala serve a blissfully summery banger with ‘What You Waiting For’ – LISTEN
The Aussie pop princess's collaboration with the chart-topping DJ features on his debut album 'Brighter Days'.

Kylie Minogue might have eventually decided to go country on her latest record Golden, but the pop princess’s 14th studio album was originally planned in the same dance-pop vein we’ve come top expect from Australia’s greatest export.
Minogue, 50, worked with DJ and producer of the moment Sigala during early sessions for the record,with the pair’s resulting collaboration ‘What You Waiting For’ considered a potential lead single.
While Golden may have ended up taking a different route, all that hard work on the blissful summer banger thankfully hasn’t gone to waste: A newly-mixed version of ‘What You Waiting For‘ is included on Sigala’s debut album Brighter Days, which was released in the UK on Friday (28 September).
“Kylie is a legend, so it was awesome to work with her and I’m so happy with how the track ended up”, Sigala – real name Bruce Felder – told us last month.
“I can’t wait for her fans to hear it”.
‘What You Waiting For’ sits on Brighter Days alongside no fewer than 10 hits singles, including ‘Came Here For Love’, ‘Lullaby’, ‘Sweet Lovin’, ‘Say You Do’ and UK chart-topper ‘Easy Love’.
Sigala is set to tour the UK next month, playing dates in Newcastle, Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow, Dublin, London and Bristol.
