‘Legendary’: Watch the brand new trailer for HBO’s sick’ning ballroom series
The voguing competition series arrives on 27 May on HBO Max.

With all the furore over Jameela Jamil (who came out as queer after initially facing a backlash over her involvement in the series), it’s bee easy to forget that HBO’s new ballroom series Legendary looks pretty darn fierce.
The dance competition show, which celebrates the grand queer tradition of ball culture, has just dropped a brand new trailer, which offers another sick’ning glimpes of the voguing teams, or ‘houses’, who’ll be competiting for a grand prize of $100,000.
Ballroom veterans DaShaun Wesley and DJ MikeQ are set to host and DJ the series respectively, while rapper Megan Thee Stallion, stylist Law Roach and legendary voguing dancer Leiomy Maldonado will join the aforementioned Jamil on the judging panel.
Legendary will premiere on 27 May, the day HBO Max – HBO’s new streaming service – launches. Watch the trailer below:
